GRACE RUDISILL HOLT, 91, of Memphis, died Friday at St. Francis Hospital. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Second Presbyterian Church, where she was a member and former leader of the Tuesday Study Club, with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. She was a member of King's Daughters and Les Passees. Mrs. Holt, the widow of William E. Holt Jr., leaves two daughters, Mrs. James E. Wilson and Mrs. Frank J. Hall Jr., both of Memphis, ni ne grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Second Presbyterian Church.
