CARPIO – Jeffrey Geyer, 39, 625-15th St. SE. No. 131, died Friday, Sept. 13, 1996, in a Minot medical center.
He was born May 10, 1957 in Minot to Lynn and Julia Geyer. He was raised and educated in the Donnybrook area and graduated from Donnybrook High School. He graduated from North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton. He worked as a partsman in the Wahpeton, Mohall and Minot areas. He then lived in Kenmare and worked for eight years as a derrick hand for Bird Drilling Inc. in eastern Montana and western North Dakota. He had worked for North Prairie Rural Water Association in Minot for the past eight years.
He was a member of the Carpio Lutheran Church and the Loyal Order of Moose in Minot. He was an apprentice plumber.
Survivors; son, Jordon, Minot; daughters, Danielle Howard, Oceanside, Calif., Shaina Geyer, Minot; one grandchild; parents, Minot; brothers, David, Kenmare, Raymond, Donnybrook, Edward, Minot; sister, Judith Zietz, Rugby.
Funeral; Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Carpio Lutheran Church.
Burial; First Lutheran Cemetery, Carpio.
Visitation; Wednesday from 9 a.m. or 8:30 p.m. on Thomas – Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
