Actor. Born in Brooklyn, New York, during the 1940s, he was detective Ross Dolan on ABC Radio's "I Deal in Crime" and was in the lead role of NBC Radio's "Barry Craig, Confidential Investigator" 1951 to 1955. For feature films, some of his most memorable performances were in "Cheers for Miss Bishop" (1941), "Swing Fever" (1943), "Bells of St Mary's" (1945), "Till the End of Time" (1946) and "Dynamite" (1949). For television, he appeared in the title role for the series "Martin Kane" and "The New Adventures of Martin Kane". He died at age 73 while on a flight from New York to California.
