Clark Richard Lamberd, 54, passed away at his home in Ottawa, KS on February 20, 2012. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Bruce Funeral Home, Gardner, KS 913-856-7111. Graveside will be at 1:00 pm Saturday, at St. Joseph Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Joseph, MO. Visitation will be from 6 – 8:00 pm Friday, February 24, 2012, also at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Condolences may be given at www.brucefuneralhome.com
Clark was born August 28, 1957 in St. Joseph, MO to Richard Alfred and Wanda Marie (Hamilton) Lamberd. As a young boy the family moved to Ottawa where he attended Ottawa and Wellsville schools. He started working with Burlington Northern Rail Road. Then Clark was self-employed with Lamberd Oil in Ottawa. Clark loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed watching the Royals and the Chiefs.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his step brother Allan Burgoon. Clark is survived by his brothers Clayton Eric Lamberd of Spring Hill, Ks and Craig H. Lamberd of Delia, KS; step brothers Larry and David Burgoon; nephew Joshua Coen Lamberd and niece Angel Lamberd.
