Surviving are his parents; his wife; his brother, Dr. David (Robin) Hindahl and their two children, Aurora and William 'Will' and his sister, Trisha (Dale) Kruse and their sons, John 'Jack' and Michael; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
