Life-Long Rice County Resident Passes Away
Mrs. Margaret Cathryn Morris, 75, died at 11:35 today at the Good Samaritan home of Lyons, after being bedfast for six months.

She was born in Rice county, September 23, 1884, and lived all of her life in the county. She was a member of the Christian Church. Her husband, Arch M., preceded her in death December 2, 1943.

Survivors include two sons, Waldo D. Morris of Huntington Park, California and Leon S. Morris of Lyons; two sisters, Mrs. John Lantow of Lyons and Mrs. Calvin Cook of Wichita; and two grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were not available for today's News. (Unknown paper, 26 January 1960)
