Mrs. Bauer was a native of Copiah County and a resident of Pearl. As a homemaker, she shared her life and love with Richard "Dick" Bauer, her husband of 54 years; her sons and their wives, Richard and Tricia Bauer of Baton Rouge, La., Robin and Denise Bauer of Meridian, Raymond and Angie Bauer of Raymond. Mrs. Bauer dearly loved her grandchildren, Amelia, Jeana, Brad, Kristi, Craig, Cody, Matthew, and Emily Rose. She is also survived by her sisters, Nell Vernamonti of Brandon, Mary Claude Johnson of Ruleville, Ruth Farr and husband John of Edwards, Margaret Pace and husband Edgar of Pearl; her sisters-in-law, Ruth Hahn of Bensalem, Pa., Betty Vernamonti of Mt. Laurel, N.J., and Marian Burt and husband Dayton of Fall Rivers, Mass. She is also survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Mrs. Bauer is preceded in death by parents, John and Etta Beasley and sister, Bobbie Sawaya. Burial in Lakewood Memorial Park.
