Mrs. Ivy Doak 89 209 West Culton Street,Warrensburg Missouri died the night of Sept. 22, 1977 at Johnson County Mermorial Hospital in Warrensburg,Missouri. She was born May 21,1888 in Coolidge Kan.the daughter of Henry and Mary (Lanners) Love. She and Clarence R. Doak was married Aug 18, 1911 in Warrensburg, Missouri.He died July 30,1922. Mrs.Doak also was preceded in death by four brothers. She Attended Warrenburg Normal School and taught in Montserrat. She had worked as a seamstress for more than 50 years ,had served as a clerk at public sale for more than 30 years and was Republican committeewoman for Warrensburg's northwest precinct for more than 20 years.Mrs.Doak is survived by three daughters,Mrs Paul(della) Schriefer of Browsville, Tex.Mrs.Carl (Clarice)Wanashko of Independence,Missouri and Miss Mary Doak of Lincoln Neb.,one sister Nancy Love 223 West Culton Street Warrensburg Missouri seven gradchildren,including two granddaughters whom she reared Mrs Melvin (Dianne) Tacke of Raytown,Missouri and LaVonne Montgomery 209 West Culton Street Warrenburg Missouri and 10 great-grandchildren Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Frank E. Myers Officiating at the Holdren Funneral Home in Warrensburg,Missouri. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery Warrensburg, Missouri.
