He was a first lieutenant in the US Army and died at Ft. Thomas while on duty at his post. He was married to Ella Oliver Heasley. He was a son of Joseph and Johanna (Murphy) Kehoe. His grave is currently unmarked but he was buried in the David Oliver lot. If I can find military records for him I will order a grave marker. The cemetery also does not have burial records for him but his obituary in the Parkerburg News states he was to be buried there.
