SUMNER, M. GLENN, 71, of Lithia, died Sunday (June 8, 2003). Born in Balm, he was a lifelong resident of the Tampa area. He was a cattle rancher, past president and state director of Hillsborough County Cattleman's Association and Florida Brahma Association. He was also a board director of the Florida State Fair Youth Steer Show and Outstanding Cattleman of the Year. Survivors include his wife, Doris; a son, Sonny George Sumner, a daughter, Jackie Lucas; brother, Emmitt Sumner; a sister. Norma Mclnnis; 11 grandchildren; and four greatgrandchildren.
