Memorial services for Arthur Kenneth Brokaw, 85, of 3018 Bellevue Ave., retired deputy collector for the Department of Internal Revenue, were conducted Saturday by Forest Lawn Mortuary in the Little Church of the Flowers. Mr. Brokaw died Thursday, leaving his wife, Beatrice, and two daughters, Mrs. Lucy J. Schafer, San Clemente, and Mrs. Carolyn B. Houghton, Los Alamos, N.M.
