"Henry H. Rensing, 74 year old Carpenter, 416 North Church Street, died at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon at St. Elizabeth's Hospital.

"Mr. Rensing who had been ailing for six weeks entered the hospital September 14 for treatment of a heart condidtion.

Born in Damiansville on September 24, 1880 he was the son of the late John H. and Mary Rensing nee Pelstering, he married Elizabeth Heinzman in New Baden on May 24, 1910. His wife died on September 11, 1943.

"Surviving are three children; Marcel Rensing, 187 Westwood Court, Irene wife of Oliver B. Joellenbeck, 416 North Church St. and Florine wife of Joseph Tylka 300 South 2nd. Street; a brother Ben Rensing, New Baden; two sisters Lillian wife of William Toennies, New Baden and Minnie wife of William Brandemeyer, Albers, Illinois and five grandchildren. Preceding him in death were two sons, two brothers; John Anthony and a sister Mrs. Anna Baahlmann.
