Kelly, survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Robert O'Neil and Terry Kelly, and Mark and Susan Kelly; daughter, Peggy Kelly; brothers, George Pence, and G.T. Pence; sisters, Margaret Goodwin, Sarah Turner, Diane Eppler, and Jnelda Mooney and four grandchildren.
