Born in Newton, she had been a resident of Bridge City for forty seven years. She was a master homemaker, a mother, and a member of the Church of Christ.
Preceded in death by her husband Billy Z. Kelly, survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Robert O'Neil and Terry Kelly, and Mark and Susan Kelly; daughter, Peggy Kelly; brothers, George Pence, and G.T. Pence; sisters, Margaret Goodwin, Sarah Turner, Diane Eppler, and Jnelda Mooney and four grandchildren.
