Rose Graham, daughter of Anton and Anna Margaret (Schoenfeld) Lambrecht, was born July 26, 1904 in Topeka, KS and departed this life Dec. 12, at Russell City Hospital, Russell, KS at the age of 83 years, 4 month and 16 days.

She received her education and early training in Topeka. She married Alfred Eugene Sommers which ended in divorce. She later married Ralph Edward Graham, Feb. 1, 1937, at Russell.

A long-time resident of Russell and Russell County, she and her husband operated a restaurant and grocery store in Russell a few years. Later they moved to the Pioneer Community, where they were engaged in farming for a number of years, until the death of her husband June 12, 1965. Rose then moved to Russell where she spent her remaining years. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and American Legion Aux., both of Russell.

To Treasure her many acts and deeds of devotion, kindness and love, are her daughter, Bettie Lytkowski, Independence, OH; sister, Mary Leiker, Prairie Village; four grandchildren: Mrs. James (Donna) Funk, Galatia, KS; Mike Sommers, Ellis; Mitchel Sommers, Liberal,KS; Donald Sommers, Hinsdale, IL; four gt.grandchildren: Shane, Dawn and Donald Sommers, and Jamie Funk, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; one son, Don Sommers; three brothers and two sisters.
