Professional Hockey Player. A native of Toronto, Ontario, Gelineau played the position of Goalie for teams in the National Hockey League (NHL), Quebec Senior Hockey League (QSHL), and the Quebec Hockey League (QHL). At 6'0", and 180lbs, he played for the Boston Bruins from 1948 to 1951, Quebec Aces from 1951 to 1955, and the Chicago Blackhawks from 1953 to 1954. He was the recipient of the Calder Memorial Trophy in 1949 to 1950.
