Helen Mayoch, age 92 of Merrillville; passed away Sunday, February 19, 2012
Survived by two daughters Joann (Robert) Basista of Crown Point and Linda (Edward) Jenkins of Texas; three grandchildren: Scott (Erica) Basista and David Basista both of Crown Point, and Brian (Tiffany) Jenkins of Texas; one great-granddaughter: Hailey Basista; sister in Czechoslovakia; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband: Andy; two brothers: John and Michael Novak.
Helen was a lifelong member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church and a past member of the Slovak Club Ladies Auxiliary, and Northwest Indiana Retirees.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. directly from St. Anthony Home Chapel with Rev. Stephen Loncar officiating. There will be a visitation one hour prior to service. At rest Calumet Park, Merrillville.
