Mrs. Stella Mae TROUTMAN, 106 Logan street, Argos, died at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Death was due to a heart ailment following an illness of 12 days. Mrs. Troutman, who was born at Kewanna, had been a resident of Argos for the past three years and had resided in Mishawaka for 31 years. Her parents were Samuel J. and Emma BARGER. In 1898, she was married to George D. TROUTMAN at Kewanna. Mrs. Troutman was a member of the Argos Methodist church. Survivors include the husband, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy LLOYD, Argos; Mrs. Esther ROEMPAGEL, Mishawaka; two grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Glen GRAFFIS, Miss Mary BARGER, both of Kewanna and three brothers, Guy BARGER, Rochester; William [BARGER], Kewanna and Edwin O. [BARGER], Chicago. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Grossman Funeral Home, Argos. Rev. Harold D. NEEL of Mishawaka assisted by Rev. Edward BOASE of Argos will officiate. Burial will be in the Kewanna I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
