ANGELO MARGARELLA - Islander, 44 years
Angelo Margarella, of 436 St Mark's Place, Tompkinsville, a longshoreman on the Island waterfront for many years, died yesterday in Staten Island Hospital following a brief illness. He age was 65. Born in Italy, Mr. Margarella came directly to Staten Island 44 years ago.
He leaves a son, Salvatore, of 124 Winter Ave., New Brighton; two daughters, Mrs. Rose Clancy and Miss Irene Margarella, both of the home address; a sister, Mrs. Concetta Forlenza of 54 Oxford Pl., Tompkinsville, and two grandchildren.
A requiem mass will be offered Friday at 10 am in Our Lady of Consolation, R. C. Chapel, Tompkinsville. The funeral will be from Virginia Funeral Home, 188 Canal St. Stapleton.
