Louise married Dec 26, 1842 in Ev-Lutheran St. Salvatoriskirche, Zellerfeld, Hanover , Germany in St. Salvator's Church to Friedrich Wilhelm (Bondje;Bahntje; B Bahntge . They had two children Friedrick "Fritz" Bahntge 1841 – 1865 and child who died in Texas in 1846. Louise and Friedrich and their two children immigrated from Bremen Germany April 5, 1846.Departure Date: 4/5/1846 sailed from Bremen, Germany on ship Anna. Friedrich died on the ship and Louise and the children arrived in Galveston on Jun 25 1846. Louise moved to Fredericksburg, Gillespie County, Texas and married Heinrich Fredrick Johann Otte on Aug. 27, 1853. He was a widower with four children. They had five children: Johanna, heinrich Edward Joachim, Marie, Heinrich Carl Theodore, and Wilhelm Otte. Henry died in 1870 and Louise died after the 1880 census. Both are buried on their farm in Cave Creek Settlement in a family grave.
