Mary Angeline (maiden name unknown) was born in 1809 in Damme, Oldenburg, Lower Saxony, Germany and there married John Bernhard Austing (1807-1870). they emigrated to the U.S. arriving in Baltimore, Maryland Sep 1837. with their eldest 2 children Frank John Bernard Austing (Jun 1832-Aug 1897) and Agnes b. 1834. They then had at least 2 more children: Joseph b. 1841-1842 and John H. Austing b. 1845-1846 both in Cincinnati (son John H. died Nov 1894 in Cincinnati).
