KNUTZEN, Elida A., age 74, of 705 Ohio Street, passed away in a local hospital
Tuesday, March 30, (1954). Mrs. Knutzen had resided in this community since 1912
and was a member of the Central Lutheran Church. She leaves to survive, her
husband, Alfred Peter Knutzen, at home; four sons, Harold Knutzen, of Deming;
Earl and Manley Knutzen, both of Everson, and Warren Knutzen, of Shelton; three
daughters, Mrs. Anne McAllister, of Anchorage, Alaska; Mrs. Alice McCracken and
Mrs. Alma Ellingson, both of Seattle; two brothers, Oscar Evenson, of Everett,
and Magnus Evenson, of San Francisco; three sisters, Mrs. Alma Vaara, of
Stanwood; Miss Bergliot Evenson, of Seattle, and Mrs. Emma Beaver, of San
Francisco; 22 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The remains rest at the
Bingham-Dahlquist & Jerns Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted by
the Rev. O. A. Jacobson from the Central Lutheran Church Friday, April 2, at 1
p. m. Final resting place Greenacres Memorial Park. The family requests flowers
be omitted and those who wish may have their remembrance made to the building
fund of the new Central Lutheran Church.
