First Lady Anne Mae Powell-Ingram, 56, died Feb. 15, 2012 at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston. She was born in Fort Pierce and was a lifelong resident.

She attended local schools and graduated from Fort Pierce Central High School. She was a member and worked in the ministry at 13th Street Church Greater Faith Church of God and Greater New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. She was the owner of her Ladies Fashion Store in Fort Pierce.

SERVICES: Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Feb. 24 at Greater New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, followed by a wake service from 6-8 p.m. A homegoing celebration will be at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 26 at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Pierce. Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Sarah's Memorial Chapel in Fort Pierce.
