Mrs. Charles [sic] J. Tichenor
Horse Branch, Ky. February 23-Mrs. Charlotte Jane Tichenor, 95 years old, died at her home in The Point, community, February 16. She was a native of Rockport, Ky. She was the widow of Silas N. Tichenor. Survivors include one son, Alvis B. Tichenor; three daughters, Mrs. Una A. Brown, Mrs. Effie B. Bratcher, and Mrs. Mattie C. Bell; fifteen grandchildren; a total of 56 direct descendants. The funeral service was conducted at the West Point church February 17 with interment in the family plot in the church cemetery.
