Barker, Jeffery Lynn, age 54, a native of Dayton, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Ohio State Medical Center, Columbus, OH. He was a graduate of Roosevelt High School in 1976 and a graduate of Wilmington College in 1981. Survivors include his mother, Yvonne Barker Vance (Daryl) sisters, Teresa Barker Hughes & Tracy Faircloth brothers, Tony Barker of California, James Faircloth of Columbus, OH & Timothy Faircloth of Dayton grandmother, Helen Tann uncle, Stanley L. Barker aunts, Mamie Hood of Cleveland, OH, Rosetta Tann, Jessie Tann, Grace Hicks & Susie Driscoll close friend, Dwayne Sharpe, all of Dayton a host of aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Monday, February 20, 2012 at the HOUSE OF WHEAT Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Bishop Ebb Hood Jr. officiating. Visitation 10 am Monday at the funeral home until the time of service. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Final disposition cremation.
