She was born Feb. 20, 1893, in Glenbeulah, the daughter of James and Dora Barber Woods. Miss Woods had been employed as a bookkeeper at the Wisconsin Home for Women, Taycheedah, for 34 years, retiring in 1960.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Joyce Zanzig, Taycheedah, and Mrs. Coral Weber, Sunnyville, Calif. She was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Saturday at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, Rev. Bernard J. Stecker officiating. Burial will be in Greenbush.

Funeral services for Miss Grace Woods, who died Thursday were held at 3 p.m Sunday from the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, Rev. B. J. Stecker officiating. Burial was in Greenbush Cemetery, Greenbush. Mrs. Gertrude Williams was soloist and Mrs. Eleanor Johnson was organist for the services.
Pallbearers were Donald Zimmerman, Elmer Rauch, Tony Abler, Harold Lerch, William Ditter and Wilfred Ditter.
