Jane Madeline Eckert of Upland passed away peacefully on February 8, 2012. Jane was born on December 6, 1928 in Melvindale, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Eckert, a son, Bobby and by her 7 sisters and 1 brother. She is survived by 2 daughters, Carole Lanning (Steven), Debra Haines (Jerry), and son Howard (Teresa), 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and her brother, Raymond Wright of Ohio. She was a member of Prince of Peace Church, Covina. As an individual, she was calm, loving and composed in mind, body and spirit. Services for Jane will commence at Forest Lawn, Cypress on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 11:00. Published in Inland Valley Daily Bulletin from February 16 to February 18, 2012.
