He was born Nov. 4, 1940, at Panama to William and Agnes (Bice) Nunley. Frank was a retired barber, a 33rd Degree Mason and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Michael Sevier; daughter, Sherry Welker; and a brother, Robert Nunley.
Frank is survived by his wife; sons and wives; two sisters and brother-in-law; twenty one grandchildren and twenty nine great-grandchildren.
Service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, at Victory Worship Center, Spiro, with Rev. Tim Painter and Rev. Mike Bunch officiating. Burial will be in Fort Smith National Cemetery, Fort Smith, Ark.
There will be no viewing, but you may sign the guest book from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The family will greet friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Spiro.
