Mr. Benton worked for Kroger and was a member of the Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witness'. In his past time he loved restoring cars and was a very avid deer hunter.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Shane Benton and Justin Benton both of Alexander, Ark.; three brothers, Darrell Benton of Little Rock, Edward Benton of New Mexico, and Mickey Benton of Benton, Ark.; one sister, Debbie Adams of Plumerville, Ark.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, April 12 from 12p.m. until service time at 2 p.m.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 12 in the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery under the direction of Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
