Funeral Sunday for Sarah Grossman, 81
Bethel, Mo., Dec. 12. — Sarah Elizabeth Grossman, 81, died at her home west of Bethel Friday morning at 11:30, after suffering a stroke on Thursday. She was born in Bethel on May 26, 1878, a daughter of Austin and Susan Schriver Grossman.
Surviving are a daughter, Susan, at home; a nephew, Arthur Grossman, whom she reared from infancy; a granddaughter, Frances Grossman of Bethel; two nieces of Lawrence, Kas. She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
She was a member of the Old Evangelical Methodist church west of Bethel, now disbanded.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2, at the Musgrove Funeral home in Bethel. The Rev. Olin Boatride will officiate. Burial will be in Hebron cemetery, northwest of Bethel.
