She was predeceased in death by her husband Charlie Harper; her parents; her brother Charles J. Guadagnolo; a nephew David J. Sinopoli.
Charlette's husband, Charlie Harper died in 2009 and was cremated. His ashes were released at The Manor Park in Mamaroneck, New York by the water where he and Charlotte loved to go. At Charlotte's death she was also cremated and her ashes were released the same place as her husband.
Charlotte was survived by two daughters, Stephanie and Michelle of New York. A sister Teressa Sinopoli of Montana; a brother, Eugene Guadagnolo of New York; and nieces and nephews.

Glenville Schenectady County New York, where her parents, brother Charlie; and maternal grandparents are buried, as she does not have a grave plot.
