Kent Alan Doyle, 24, of Poteau, OK passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2012 in Fort Smith, AR. Kent was born March 25, 1987 in Fort Smith, AR to Steve & Rebekah (Grose) Doyle. Kent was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Poteau. He enjoyed being with his family, taking road trips. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing. He loved watching movies and cartoons and listening to music. Kent was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Sherman Grose & Cindy Orozco and paternal grandfather, Rayford Doyle. Survivors include his father, Steve; mother, Beckie, and sister, Jennifer; maternal step grandfather, Alejandro Orozco; paternal grandmother, Thelma Doyle. Maternal family includes Sherman Grose & wife Tammy of Koger, OK, Paul Grose & wife, Shirley of Anadarko, OK. Paternal family includes Diane, John Doyle and wife, Velinda of Poteau, Gary Doyle of Tool, TX; other relatives & loved ones; great aunts and uncles, cousins & many beloved friends. Services will be 2 pm, Friday, February 17, 2012 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau with Father Valentine officiating. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery – Poteau, OK. Pallbearers will be John Doyle Sr., John Doyle Jr., Gary Lemmons, James Lemmons, Rodney Derryberry, Eugene King, Michael Davidson, Benny Gullick. Rosary will be held 6 pm Thursday evening at Evans Chapel.
