Leottis “Lee” Barnett, 92, of Laurel, passed away on April 27, 2017.
Funeral services will be held at Covenant Presbyterian Church on Monday, May 1, 2017 at 11 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Hickory Grove Cemetery. Rev. Steve Shuman will officiate.
Mrs. Barnett was a charter member of Covenant Presbyterian Church and was the owner of Oak Street Place and Lee’s Coffee and Tea.
She was preceded in death by her husband J. W. “Barney” Barnett, Jr., mother, Gillia Landrum Laurendine; father, Ottis Laurendine; brother, Billy Joe Laurendine; sister, Lydia Laurendine Cameron; and niece, Lisa Laurendine Worrell.
Survivors include her son, Bryan Barnett; brother, Larry Laurendine (Melanie); nephews Michael Cameron (Debra), Andrew Cameron, and Dan Laurendine; nieces Vicki Laurendine Smith (John), Sharon Laurendine Graeser (Dave), Kimberly Cameron Knox (Ken), Amy Cameron Gonzalez (Humberto), Lynda Laurendine, and Lori Laurendine; and numerous great and great-great nephews and nieces.
