Faith Marie Spears, was born, but followed a butterfly to heaven from Saint Ann's Hospital in Westerville Ohio on Wednesday,February 8, 2012,
She is survived by her parents, Petty Officer Third Class Jason and Candice May Spears of Lancaster; sister, Lillian and twin sister Hope Spears, of the home; grandparents, Stephen and Cindy Spears, Robert and Connie Wagner, and Elizabeth Daniel, all of Lancaster; great grandparents, Donald and Judy Wagner, Betty McKnight, George and Patricia Newmarlon, all of Lancaster, Michael and Glenda Robertson of Greenway Arkansas; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Bernice Spears, her great uncle Earl "Gene" Spears, Great Uncle Timothy Spears, and Great Aunt Vicky Kincaid.
