He passed away October 25, 2009 in Tyler, TX.

Mr. Shipman was born June 11, 1979 in Garland, TX, to Riley Donald Shipman and Patricia Ann Orth.

He loved hunting and fishing and going to mudbogs with his son. He loved being a father and helping people. He could find humor in any situation. He was a good ole boy who never met a stranger. Also enjoyed riding four wheelers and dirt bikes and being outside.

Jonathan was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Doc Riley & Gertrude Shipman, Grandparents, Rucky & Cleo Hunter.
