Graveside service for Mrs. Sara B. (Bryan) Smelser , 90, of Joaquin will be at 2 p.m. today at Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center, with the Rev. Harold Hanson officiating. Mrs. Smelser died June 3, 2002, in Shawnee, Okla.

Born Sept. 21, 1911, she was the daughter of Oscar Julius Bryan and Icy Lillian Ross Bryan. She was preceded in death by two husbands, first by Joseph S. LaFitte and then by Raith Smelser.

Survivors include a daughter, Susan Sparkman of Shawnee, Okla.; a step-son, Lynwood Smelser of Center; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
