DOLAN, RICHARD A. "DICK", 68, of Clearwater, died Wednesday (Sept. 13, 1995) at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater. He was born in Walpole, Mass., and came here in 1963 from Atlanta. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was co-founder of Polymer International Corp. and founder and president of Technical Packaging and Intergro, all of Tampa. He was a board member of Sand Key Civic Association and president of Cabana Club Condominium Association, both in Clearwater. He was a member of the Community Relations Board and Clearwater Yacht Club, both in Clearwater, the Florida Tomato Committee, Naples, and the Society of Plastic Culture, Chicago. He was a member of St. Brendan Catholic Church, Clearwater. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Carol; two sons, Michael A., San Diego, and Timothy J., Little Rock, Ark.; a daughter, Patricia A. "Patsy" Shank, Clearwater; a brother, Dr. Robert G. Dolan, Brewster, Mass.; and three grandchildren.
