Ruthie was the daughter of Fred and Florence (Bishop) Adair. Ruthie grew up in Bay City and was employed by Consumers Power for 32 years, retiring in 1975. She is survived by nephew, Robert Adair of Midland; great niece/goddaughter, Lori (Timothy) Bebee of Bay City; great niece, Michelle Adair also of Bay City; and great nephew, Bryan (Jackie) Adair of Midland. Also surviving are great-great nieces and nephews, April, Megan and Rachael Bebee of Bay City, Alexander, Brandon, Alicia, Kaylee, Casey, and Cody Adair, all of Midland.
