The deceased was born near Waynetown, October 22, 1864, the son of Jacob and Millie Stewart Fouts. On December 6, 1883, he was married to Nettie Westfall. He was a member of the Waynetown Baptist Church.
Surviving are the wife, one son, Mylo Fouts of Indianapolis, one daughter, Mrs. Lela Brown of Crawfordsville; one brother, David, of Lafayette; a half-sister, Mrs. Susanna Dwiggins of Waynetown and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Waynetown Baptist Church Sunday afternoon at three o'clock, with the Rev. Cletis Brown in charge. Interment will be made in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
