Miss Allen, age 69, of Charlotte passed away March 20, 2005 at her residence.
Miss Allen was born October 1, 1935 in Mint Hill, NC a daughter of the late James Thomas Allen, Jr. and Minnie Bell Hagler Allen.
Deloris graduated from East Mecklenburg High School in 1952. She was a member of Kilgo United Methodist Church.
Deloris is survived by her two siblings, James Allen III and wife Betty of Charlotte and Patsy Baker of Wingate, NC; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two sisters, Joan Thomas and Helen Kesler.
