Holt Agee, 78, passed away Friday, July 12, 2013 at the St. Joseph-Mt. Sterling Hospital. Holt was born in Montgomery County, to the late Noah and Ethel Wells Agee. He was the owner and operator for many years of The Mt. Sterling Termite and Pest Control and Holt's Water Service. He was a member of the Army Reserve and Christian faith. He was also an avid car collector.

He is survived by his wife, Janrose Hon Agee; daughter, Suzanne Otten; grandson, Carl David Otten; sister, Peggy Muir; and special son-in-law, Carl Wayne Otten and several nieces and nephews as well as his special buddy, "Willy".

He was preceded in death by his parents as well as brothers, Troy, Boyd and Lloyd and sisters, Geneva and Alma Jean.

Funeral services will be 10 AM, Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Kilgore and Homer McCoy, Sr. Officiating and burial following in the Machpelah Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from 5-8 PM. Pallbearers will be Lendsey Agee, Carl Wayne Otten, Carl David Otten, Lynn Allen Agee, Steve Agee and Mike Agee. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Thompson, Ronnie Little, Harold Hale, James Tipton, John Thomas, Benny Wheat, and Kevin Sorrell. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the St. Claire Hospice in Morehead or Gateway Christian Church.
