She was born on August 4, 1978, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Robin loved her family above all. She was a devoted wife and mother. She was active in support of Taylor's softball teams, both recreational and travel. Her favorite hobby was photography. She was a member and assistant youth director at Beth Car Baptist Church in Madison. For the past six year, she was office manager for Colt Puryear at S. Braxton Puryear Esquire, Attorney at Law.
She is survived by her parents, Floyd Ray Cook and Deborah R. Cook of Cottondale, Alabama; husband, Joseph E. "Joey" Adams of Radiant; four children, Joseph Edward Adams Jr. of Virginia Wesleyan College, Ashley Rose Adams of Lynchburg College, Taylor Elizabeth Adams (12 years old), and Hunter Blake Adams (precious 4 month old) both of Radiant; a brother, Brandon Cook and his wife, Ashley; a sister, Laurie Cook Snyder and her husband, Alan; and niece, Cameron, all of Cottondale, Alabama. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, February 13, 2012, at Beth Car Baptist Church with interment in Hebron Lutheran Church Cemetery conducted by Dr. Bill Tatum.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Sunday, February 12, 2012, at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison. Memorial contributions may be made for Taylor and Hunter Adams at Wells Fargo in Madison.
