MOVED TO SYRACUSE, DIED FOLLOWING DAY
Mrs. Seigel, wife of P. J. Seigel, died suddenly at the Seigel home in Syracuse Tuesday evening, following a heart attack, at the age of perhaps 70 years.
Mrs. Siegel's maiden name was Anthony. She was born and reared near Florence, south of Syracuse. She was twice married. She and her husband, whose home was in Syracuse, resided in Sedalia for four years, prior to last Monday when they returned to Syracuse to make their home, her death occurring the day following their return.
Mrs. Seigel was well-known to the citizens of Syracuse and surrounding country, whose friendship and good will she won and retained during all the years. The husband, and two children by a former marriage, Mr. Edward Church and Mrs. Cathrine Wood, each of Kansas City, survives her.
Funeral services were held from the Syracuse Baptist church, of which she was a devout and faithful member, by her former pastor, Rev. F. C. Richards, of Tipton, at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon, interment following in the Syracuse cemetery.
