ELKTON-Mrs. Lula Ella Lawson,
75, widow of David M.
Lawson of Swift Run, died
Wednesday night at the Rockingham
Memorial Hospital.
She was born near here, a
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry
Monger. Mrs. Lawson spent her
entire life In the Swift Run
section.
She is survived by five sons,
Fred W. Lawson, Saganiu, Mich,;
Lurty E. Lawson, McGaheysviUe;
Floyd E. Lawson, Claude L. Lawson,
and Ott K. Lawson, Elkton;
a half-brother, Thomas B. Monger,
of Elkton; 20 grandchildren and
six great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held
Saturday at 11 a, m. at the Elkton
Mennonite Church. The Rev. Harold
Lahman will officiate. Burial
will be in Lawson cemetery at
Swift Run.
Pallbearers will be grandsons,
Billy, Leon, Leo, Howard, Randolph
and Kenneth Lawson.
Flowerbearers: Shirley Williams,
Sylvia Lawson, Lois Law-
son, Kathleen Morris, Janice
Roach, Eunice Lawson, Dorothy
Lawson and Fleta Taylor.
The body will be taken to the
Brill Funeral Home to the church
Saturday at 10 a. m
