DIED

Henry Scudder Blauvelt

Funeral services over the body of the late Henry Scudder Blauvelt of 366 Montgomery Street, this city was held last evening at the home of his brother-in-law, Morris Daniels, 176 Roseville Avenue, Newark. The interment took place near Suffern, Rockland County, New York.

Mr. Blauvelt, who was well known in this city, left on a visit to his brother-in-law about a month ago. He was not feeling well. Soon after his arrival in Newark he was stricken with an acute attach of Bright's disease from which he never recovered. A widow survives him. She is at present the organist of Emery Methodist Church on Blemont Avenue, and was formerly organist of Hedding Church.

Mr. Blauvelt was connected with the auditing department of the Erie Railroad Company in the main office, 21 Cortlandt Street, New York.
