Sebastian Glamser died at his home, south of Shelbina, Monday after a lingering illness of several months; in fact his health had been poor for several years. The funeral took place at the residence Tuesday afternoon conducted by Rev. J. H. Wood. Burial was in the Odd Fellows cemetery of this city.
The deceased was born in Germany January, 20, 1834. He came to the United States in 1854. He settled in Ohio where he was married to Eliza J. Mahley. Ten children were born of this union, all of whom survive and all, except one living in Idaho, were with him at his death. Four live in this vicinity. Miss Tina at home, Mrs. Charlie Freeman, south of town, George in Shelbina and Chris west of town. Two live in Oklahoma, three in Kansas and one in Idaho.
Mr. Glamser lived in Bates county, Mo., 7 years and in Kansas 17 years. He came here in 1892 and located south of Shelbina. He was a Union soldier, having been a member of "Company F." 37th regiment, Ohio infantry and was discharged in 1865.

S. Glamser's Will Probated.
The will of S. Glamser, deceased, was probated at Paris last week. Mr. Glamser owned a farm of 260 acres south of Shelbina valued at $16,000. He owned no stock, not having operated the farm for several years, but he leaves some notes and cash. The estate is estimated at 120,000. Chris Glamser, a son, and Charlie Freeman, a son-in-law, were appointed administrators with the will annexed. Judge Barnes, the Probate Judge before whom the will was probated, wrote the will, which was executed in 1905. It gives the property to the children in equal shares, just as the law would have done.
