MULLINS - Mrs. Mary Sue Adams, 74, widow of Tom Frank Adams, died Monday in a Mullins hospital after an apparent heart attack.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Meares Funeral Home by the Rev. Lewis E. McCormick. Burial will be in Cedardale Cemetery.
Mrs. Adams was born in Rockingham County, N.C., a daughter of the late James Henry and Mary Ann Richardson Carter. She was a housewife and a member of the Mullins First Baptist Church.
Surviving are a nephew, James Tucker of Rock Hill; and two brothers, Richard Carter and Caleb Carter, both of Madison, N.C.
