COLORADO CITY ~~ Funeral for Mrs. R.B. Long, 81, killed in a car truck collision Monday, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Methodist Church with Reverend Billy Wilkinson, pastor officiating.
Burial will be in the Colorado City Cemetery directed by Kiker and Son Funeral Home.
Born July 9, 1888, in Mississippi, she married Robert Benton Long November 10, 1906, in Windom. They came to Mitchell County in 1920.
Mr. Long died in 1966.
Surviving are two sons, Leonard and Jack, and a daughter, Mrs. L.H. Brown, all of Colorado City; two sisters, Mrs. Luke Long of Colorado City and Mrs. Frank Charles of Wichita Falls; one brother, H.C. Blassingame of Colorado City; four grandchildren.
