LATER—Since the above was written Mrs. O. H. Hubbard is in receipt of a letter from her sister dated Garner, Ia. Oct. 8, in which she says that she had just seen Mrs. Lynch the unfortunate young man's mother, that the telegram has been received and they were nearly wild with grief. Mrs. Lynch requested Mr. Hubbard to mark her son's grave so that his remains may be returned next winter to Iowa. (Brainerd Dispatch, 09 October 1885, p. 3, c. 4)
