Robert was the son of William K. Anthony of Rutherford Co, TN and Deliah Morrow of Ky. He married 1st Eliza A. Wood on February 1, 1856 in Boone Co, MO. From this union were born five known children: James Thomas, Nancy Medora Price, Jane E "Jennie" West-Price, Lewis Jackson and Laura Pearl Price. He married 2nd the widow Mrs. Mary Banks Moore-Howison on March 27, 1883 in Callaway Co, MO. From this union was born one child: Lura A. Tackett.
