BABB, STELLA HONEYCUTT died 22 Jan 1976

Stella Honeycutt Babb, age 75, of Route 1, Oneida passed away Thursday morning, January 22, at the Scott County Hospital.

She was the daughter of the late Bryant Honeycutt and the late Elmira “Lawson” Honeycutt. She was a member of the Pine Hill Baptist Church for many years.

She is survived by her husband: R.B. Babb of Oneida; four daughters: Mrs. Mattie Nelson of Medina, Ohio, Mrs. Elsie Weells, Mrs. Geneva Sexton and Mrs. Myrtle Carson all of Oneida; three sons: Billy Babb of Attica, Ind., Earl C. Babb and Robert H. Babb, both of Oneida; one sister: Cynthia Bryant of Williamsburg, Ky.; one brother: Marion Lee Chambers of Huntsville, 27 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted from the Pine Hill Baptist Church, Sunday, January 25, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. A. V. Stanley, Rev. Albert Chitwood and Rev. Obie Byrd officiating. Burial in the Wilhite Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Harold Babb, Kenny Babb, Leland Babb, Wilbur Hughett and J. C. Reynolds. Collins & Murley Funeral Home of Oneida in charge of arrangements.
